When you sign up to become a Trade member of the Below Grade Community, our first step is to do a deep dig into understanding your business and how we can best serve you. Our Member services are focused on the people side of your business, providing training and education on a variety of subjects to help build your organization into a powerhouse of knowledge and skill. From product training to best practice installation tips. We offer Webinars and Online best practice application and installation tips as well custom courses that best suit your teams requirements.
Supply Chain
Our Trade Post is set up with the Trades in mind. We are located on a major highway in Northern Ontario for quick access to products and services. Our yard and post are fully stocked with all the common day to day items needed to install/maintain underground infrastructure.
Do you ever experience the frustration of trying to find an obscure item that has to be replaced or spec’d on a job? Let our supply chain team with 40+ years of experience go to work for you, leaving you to focus on the jobsite and the task at hand. We know how valuable time is to you and the success of your business.
It would be great if all emergency calls to trades people happened between 8-5pm, but they don’t. That is why we offer Emergency After Hours to our Trade Members who sign up for it. Ensuring 24/7 Access to the materials needed to get the community back up and running.

Once the bill of material (BOM) is completed, our estimating department will put dollars & cents to it quickly and accurately. This will ensure your Bid is submitted on-time every time.
Our approach to offering Price Lists is unique from everyone else. Need to quote a drainage, septic or waterproofing project? Our digital price sheets don’t look at it from a distribution or manufacturing lense but rather how the trades work.. by the job! Our price lists come with everything you need in one file based on the type of work you are doing… saving valuable time and resources.
Once you have received the go-ahead on your project – let our project management team coordinate all the material to the jobsite, freeing you up to focus on the labour needed to get the job done on-time, on budget.
On larger, more complex projects, design becomes a factor. Our suite of manufacturers and design partnerships allow us to extend their engineering services to our trade members. Have a difficult drainage or septic job? Let our design partners get you a working blue print that you can quote from.
On Site
Saving time and trade resources is key to your success. Let our logistics team coordinate all the materials needed where and when you need it on your next job or project. We have enlisted the help of technology to ensure you are notified the moment it arrives by sending you a text/email update.
Working on a large community housing development? We can help in the reduction of material loss by pre-packaging the jobsite materials by Lot/Phase# ensuring all the materials needed are delivered to site in clearly marked packaging.
